QCVV: Quantum Characterisation, Validation and Verification

The Supermarq QCVV library provides a customizable toolkit for testing and characterizing quantum devices. The toolkit can either be used with simulators or on live devices.

At present the QCVV library is only available in cirq-superstaq.
